Finzioni is an ongoing creation by Lupa Maimone. The project explores the choreographic language and object composition, where the body crumbles into a continuous becoming, giving life to shifting figures and nonlinear situations. The choreography breaks down into a series of disconnected moments, each gesture is a small fiction that builds and dissolves, like a game of deceits and revelations: between being and seeming, the body shatters, recomposes, and transforms in a process
of continuous change. Finzioni feeds on the small daily illusions of the worlds we create and gives way to the absurd and the nonsensical.
